Consumer Class Actions: Damage Waiver
We are currently investigating claims for a potential class action. These claims involve "DAMAGE WAIVER" charges imposed by rental companies.
HERTZ EQUIPMENT, UNITED RENTALS and NES RENTALS typically charge a "DAMAGE WAIVER" that may cost more than 10% of the price of the rental. Usually, the "DAMAGE WAIVER" charge is automatically assessed on tools or equipment rented by the customer.
